DIRECTOR OF PRISONS/AGRIC PAYS WORKING VISIT TO EJURA CAMP PRISON

The Director of Prisons in charge of Agriculture, DOP Ali Kwaku Ababio, has paid a working visit to Ejura Camp Prison to inspect ongoing agricultural projects and engage officers on the progress of activities.

Accompanied by the Chief Agric Officer, ADP Frank Okyere, and CSP Anthony Ghamali, the Director toured the maize, fish and cassava farms, led by the Acting Officer-in-Charge, CSP Benedict Ofosu Ansah, and the Officer-in-Charge of Agriculture, Supt. Baba Ayovugu.

The visit provided an opportunity to assess the projects, interact with officers and identify challenges affecting agricultural operations. Discussions also focused on strategies to improve and expand the farms and make effective use of available resources.

DOP Ababio commended the officers for their commitment and encouraged them to continue working together to enhance agricultural production at Ejura Camp Prison.
