PRISONS SERVICE COMMISERATES WITH FORMER PRESIDENT KUFOUR
The Director-General of Prisons (DGP), Mr. Isaac Kofi Egyir yesterday Monday 9th October, 2023, paid a visit to the former President John Agyekum Kufuor and the family to extend their condolences over the passing of the former First Lady of the republic of Ghana, Mrs. Theresa Aba Kufuor.
Mrs. Theresa Kufuor was the wife of former President John Agyekum Kufuor, the second President of the Fourth Republic of Ghana.
Mr. Egyir was accompanied by the members of the Prisons Directorate which included the Director of Prisons (DOP) in charge of Technical; Dr. Francis Omane Addo, DOP in charge of Services; Mrs. Patience Baffoe-Bonnie Esq., DOP in charge of Agriculture; Mr. Hanson Adu-Awuku, DOP in charge of Operations; Mr. Samuel Owusu Amponsah, DOP in charge of Human Resource Development; Mr. Benedict Bob-Dery, DOP in charge of Health; Madam Gloria Essandoh Esq. and DOP in charge of Welfare; Mrs. Joana Fofo Tackie-Otoo.
The book of Condolence was signed by DGP. Issac Kofi Egyir.
