RESCUE LIVES FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL IN COLLABORATION WITH NIGERIANS IN DIASPORA ORGANIZATION CELEBRATES INDEPENDENCE

In a heartwarming display of solidarity and compassion, the Founder of Rescue Lives Foundation International Chief Calistus Elozieuwa recently rallied the well meaning Nigerians in Ghana to celebrate his Birthday and 64th Nigeria independence anniversary Day with Nigerian inmates at the Nsawam Medium Security and Nsawam Female Prisons.

The Vice Chairman of NIDO Africa, Rev. Ebenezer O. Alabi brought hope and smiles to the faces of the inmates’ by giving them words of encouragement and assuring them of a better life after imprisonment, if they change from their old ways and become law abiding citizens.

Addressing the inmates, the Founder of Rescue Lives Foundation and Chairman Board of Trustee of NIDO Africa, Chief Calistus Elozieuwa, emphasized the importance of hope and resilience, urging them to look forward to a brighter future and offered words of encouragement and assured the inmates of God’s unwavering love and promise to support them from time to time.

The leaders of the delegation also donated items such as food stuffs, toiletries, waters and drinks and dined with the inmates, demonstrating their commitment to supporting those in need.

The authorities of the prison facilities thanked the delegation and said this act of kindness is a testament to the power of community and faith in uplifting those who are incarcerated, and highlights the importance of community involvement in supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates.
